in ACVic Centre d’Arts Contemporànies (Sant Francesc, 1 Vic)

Photography by Tanit Plana.
The inner voice is the key which opens all doors.
It locates us in the world, and defines us as subject creators; it gives us the strength to stare our fears in the face, and it reconciles us with our capacity to make mistakes. Seen in this way, we seem invincible, charging in with our inner voice, but sometimes it is a complicated thing to find it, pin it down and listen to it clearly.
After a brief introduction of a thoughtful or theoretic nature, participants will attempt to find their own inner voices, through a session of play:
1. The relationship between body movement and the search for the inner voice.
2. What do our fears say about our inner voice?
3. The discovery of my coordinates!
We will end the workshop thinking of how to take our inner voice with us, and to apply it in the field of creativity, taking photographs with our mobile phones as an initial test.
WHO IS IT AIMED AT?
Adults who would like to take part in a session of unconventional work regarding the creative state, practising certain techniques based on physical movement to encourage creative release.
REQUERIMENTS
Participants must wear loose, comfortable clothing and shoes, allowing for ease of physical movement.
Participants should also bring a mobile phone with integrated camera.
