ACVic's workshop space is equipped with small power tools and conventional tools, workbenches and other useful materials for processing, repairing and creating new objects out of disused materials, or extending an object's useful life, so generating less waste.

In preparing this space, ACVic has had the support of the Diputació de Barcelona as part of its programme of environmental education activities which the Vic Town Council has organised for over 15 years.

Escola Joaquim Salarich - 2016-2017
Many teachers have neither spaces nor tools to experiment with, or to create new materials useful for work, equip the classroom or the school itself.
This year, the Dr. Joaquim Salarich School in Vic will carry out a project of entrepreneurship. ACVic is providing work space and professional advice on manufacturing materials for the Composting Cooperative created by students in 5th. [+ Info]

Schools may use the service for as long as they deem appropriate and necessary for their educational work. Individual teachers, administrative staff or students, accompanied by a classroom teacher, may make use of the space.
Please contact ACVic Centre d’Arts Contemporànies to coordinate collaboration.
