GUIDED TOUR AND EDUCATIONAL ACTIVITY FOR GROUPS
In this exhibition, two very different projects strike up a dialogue; Cada-ver-es. Cada-vez-mas by Teresa Mulet, which poetically demonstrates that our experience of present-day social reality is hardly the most desirable; and, on the other hand, X-Ville by Jordi Colomer, which exhibits the proposal arising from a group of people who imagine a city, a shared utopia called X-Ville These exhibitions by ACVic attempt to familiarise visitors with the arts, in order to enhance their cultural experience, and to encourage visitors to adopt a critical perspective.
EDUCATIONAL ACTIVITY- Imagined cities
The two exhibitions are based upon collective creation, which is also the driving concept behind the educational activity. Visitors to the exhibition are encouraged to participate in a related educational activity, an attempt to imagine and construct ideal cities, through a process of reflection leading to practical work with various materials.
