DIGITAL PHOTOGRAPHY WORKSHOP FOR CHILDREN 4 TO 7 YEARS OLD.
The workshop aims to be a first approach into the world of photography. Through play, we will begin to appreciate how our gaze is a powerful tool for producing stories. Parents who wish may accompany their children during the workshop.
The workshop will take place during 4 days, with 2 different activities per session, leaving time between each session for parents and children to take photographs together and exercises.
1. Looking, seeing and point of view. Visual field, framing, and off-camera.
2. A walk to look. Giant camera: we'll go inside a 3m x 2m camera to see how it works from within.
3. We'll tell stories with images: Careful, in photographic narrative the order of images can alter the story!
4. My Camera and me: portrait and self portraits, how I explain myself, how I want to be seen, the family portrait and link with the next season of workshops: the family album and the memories factory.
No need to bring a camera. We'll give you one!
DIGITAL PHOTOGRAPHY WORKSHOP FOR 14 TO 18 YEARS OLD.
Photography is not only accessible to young people, it is also a vehicle of communication through social networks. The aim of the workshop is to investigate and better understand this familiar medium. Behind each image there is often a more elaborate construction than might be appreciated at first sight.
Gradually we will highlight all the decisions to be made, consciously or not, in taking a picture, and so have more tools to both creating and reading images
