Artistic walks
Micrograms is an artistic project which originated from a correspondence between visual artist Alícia Casadesús and poet Antoni Clapés, which they kept up for over three years. Starting out with provisional material, suggested projects, intuitions, notes and outlines, the project continued to develop, culminating in a show of work.
During four weekends – the last Saturdays and Sundays between February and May of 2017 – we propose to follow the road leading from the cottage at Can Tafura (Tavertet, Barcelona), which arrives at the chapel of Sant Miquel de Serarols.
Participating walkers will leave Can Tafura after, if they like, conversing with the artist and the poet, and will follow the flat road until they reach Sant Miquel. The route will take 40 minutes, so that walkers may take in the landscape at their leisure, take their fill of the serenity of the place, to take stock of the pathways to creation, to be, themselves, part of the project.
Each weekend a different artwork will be exhibited at the chapel; so that participants wishing to contemplate the work as a whole must attend all four sessions.
